Interim Manager versus Employee?
Sometimes I hear that a Company will not work with an independent, interim manager, because he or she:
- Can leave the company when desired
Is it not the same situation for an employee?
A notice timing can be foreseen in the contract.
- The commitment is not the same, an independent do what he / she wants.
As the references he or she got at the end of the assignment
- The word interim or transition has a negative impact on our staff, it means crisis.
This depends on the way the transition manager is introduced.
